Brighouse Bay is ideal for dogs. We have several off-lead coastal and woodland walks.

Unlimited beach access: sit on the sand as you watch your dog run free on the beach and race around with other dogs. Our coastal and woodland walks are ideal for off-lead outings.

We won’t mind if you use the motor home service point to hose down Fido afterwards (it’s in the touring area – ask at reception for directions). We have a dog tie-up lead at our reception, a water bowl with rain water harvested from the roof and our licenced convenience shop which sells the essentials for dogs.

Dogs are welcome in the Cafe in the Leisure Club, so that our guests with dogs can enjoy snacks or dinner together all year round. We provide water bowls outside and have picnic tables too so you can sit outside in the warmer months if you prefer.

Some children and adults are scared of dogs so we ask that dogs are kept on leads in the park and, of course, you pick up your dog’s poo.
