Seaward Holiday Park is a small, privately owned coastal park on the Dumfries and Galloway coast, just 2.5 miles from the artists’ town of Kirkcudbright. Holiday home ownership at Seaward means a plot within a tranquil, well-tended park that overlooks Kirkcudbright Bay to Ross Island and its lighthouse, and a coastline of sandy bays, quiet lanes and rolling farmland right on your doorstep.
Because Seaward is deliberately small, owners here know one another. There’s a quiet, friendly atmosphere on park, a seasonal heated outdoor pool the grandchildren love and the sound of the sea never more than a short walk away. Additional fees apply for rates and effluent waste. Gas and electricity are metered and billed separately. An annual environmental disposal fee applies once the holiday home is 13 years old from date of manufacture.
